From Slot to Outcome
How capital moves through Afroxtend, from defined raise to venture performance
Capital Raise
RIF Africa identifies a venture or research programme that needs capital. Afroxtend opens a defined raise with slot value, duration, and expected outcome stated upfront.
Slot Allocation
You take up slots in the raise. Each slot is a defined unit in that specific venture. Availability is finite, shaped by what the work actually needs.
Active Operations
Capital is deployed into the venture. The work runs on its own timeline. You receive progress updates through your Bigisub dashboard as things move.
Performance Returns
When the venture delivers, returns are distributed by slot value over the agreed duration. Where the work produces research, backers receive data access calibrated to participation.
A 1.5% development fee applies to all deposits, supporting operational infrastructure and due diligence.
What Afroxtend Offers
Capital for Real Work
Every raise has a defined venture behind it with a clear purpose, timeline, and outcome you can follow from your dashboard.
Returns Follow Performance
Distributions are calculated against actual venture performance, on terms agreed at the start of each cycle. No promises, real outcomes.
Access to Research
Where ventures produce research data, backers gain access to operational outputs and findings, calibrated to your slot participation.
Operating Since 2017
Eight years of disciplined capital management for RIF Africa ventures. A track record built on real work, not marketing.
REGA Membership
Slot participation places you among active members of the RIF Elite Global Alliance, a network of people who back meaningful work.
Quiet Confidence
We do not chase backers. Those whose values align with the work find their way to it. KYC verification required for all participants.
IN THE PRESS
The Nature of the Work
The capital sponsors specific ventures, and those who back the work share in both the glory and the risk of the journey. When a project grows more slowly than anticipated, returns follow the actual performance. This is the nature of meaningful R&D, and Afroxtend is built around the honesty of that exchange. KYC verification required for all participants.
About Afroxtend - RIF Africa Capital Channel
Afroxtend is the structured channel through which RIF Africa raises capital for specific enterprise ventures and research programmes. When the organisation commits to a new venture, whether aquaculture at the Gateway project, a line of technology research, or an agricultural pilot, capital for that work is mobilised through Afroxtend on the Bigisub platform.
Participation is through slots. Each slot represents your allocation in a defined venture or research cycle. When the venture succeeds and produces revenue, returns are distributed against slot value over the agreed duration. When a project takes longer than anticipated, returns follow the actual performance of the work.
REGA membership: Active participation in Afroxtend places you among the members of the RIF Elite Global Alliance (REGA), a network of individuals and organisations who back meaningful work across Africa.
Research access: Where ventures produce operational data and research outputs, backers gain access calibrated to their slot value. This creates a direct connection between capital contribution and knowledge generated by the work.
Operating since 2017: RIF Africa has managed Afroxtend capital cycles for eight years. The programme is built around honesty. Backers share in both the outcomes and the realities of meaningful R&D. Onboarding is available through Bigisub.ng with KYC verification required for all participants.
