Supported Cable TV Providers

Bigisub supports all major cable TV providers in Nigeria. You can renew subscriptions for DSTV (all bouquets from Padi to Premium), GOTV (from Smallie to Supa) and Startimes (Nova, Basic, Smart, Classic and Super). Every plan listed on the provider is available on our platform at the standard subscription price with no added surcharge.

To renew, you only need the decoder or smartcard number. Bigisub verifies the number in real time, confirms the customer name, and shows you the available bouquets before you pay. This verification step prevents errors and ensures the payment goes to the correct account every time.

Instant Subscription Renewal

Once you confirm payment, your cable TV subscription activates within seconds. There is no need to visit a physical outlet, wait in a queue, or call customer service. The entire process happens online, from selecting the bouquet to activating channels on the decoder.

Bigisub processes cable TV payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If your subscription expires at midnight, you can renew it right from your phone and be back to watching in under two minutes. This convenience is why Nigerians nationwide trust Bigisub for their cable TV renewals.

Every transaction includes a digital receipt with the decoder number, bouquet name, amount paid, and activation time. You can download or share it directly from your transaction history.

Resell Cable TV Subscriptions and Earn

Cable TV renewal is a service that people need every month, which makes it a reliable source of recurring income. As a Bigisub agent, you can offer DSTV, GOTV and Startimes renewals to customers in your area. You pay the standard rate on Bigisub and charge a small service fee for the convenience.

Many agents combine cable TV with other services like data and electricity payments to build a full bill-payment business. The more services you offer, the more reasons customers have to keep coming back to you.

Getting started takes less than a minute. Create your free account, fund your wallet, and you are ready to start processing cable TV payments for yourself or your customers.
