How we collect, use, and protect your personal data and information
Bigisub, provided by RIF Technotronics under the RIF AFRICA Initiative, provides a collection of online resources, including but not limited to data bundle internet/mobile browsing, airtime/recharge cards, bill payments, sports betting wallet funding, social media growth services, and various digital services (referred to hereafter as "the Service") subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU").
By using the Service in any way, you are agreeing to comply with the TOU. In addition, when using particular Bigisub services, you agree to abide by any applicable posted guidelines for all Bigisub services, which may change from time to time.
Important: Should you object to any term or condition of the TOU, any guidelines, or any subsequent modifications thereto, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of Bigisub.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. You must review this agreement on a regular basis to keep yourself apprised of any changes.

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, Bigisub does not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any service without prior notice.
All transactions are final. However, in case of failed transactions due to technical issues on our end, refunds will be processed within 48 hours of reporting. Failed transactions must be reported within 48 hours to be eligible for refund consideration.
All services must be paid for through your Bigisub wallet. You are responsible for maintaining adequate funds. Unauthorized access should be reported immediately. We reserve the right to freeze or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activities. Funds in such accounts may be forfeited.
Bigisub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
