1. Acceptance of Terms

Bigisub, provided by RIF Technotronics under the RIF AFRICA Initiative, provides a collection of online resources, including but not limited to data bundle internet/mobile browsing, airtime/recharge cards, bill payments, sports betting wallet funding, social media growth services, and various digital services (referred to hereafter as "the Service") subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU").

By using the Service in any way, you are agreeing to comply with the TOU. In addition, when using particular Bigisub services, you agree to abide by any applicable posted guidelines for all Bigisub services, which may change from time to time.

• 1Create multiple accounts or violate any prohibition/restriction/limit placed on accounts (leads to termination and forfeiture of funds)
• 2Contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted, or make unsolicited commercial contact
• 3Collect personal data about other users for commercial or unlawful purposes
• 4Use automated means (spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools) unless expressly permitted
• 5Report any failed transaction after 48hrs threshold or hold us accountable for late reports
• 6Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Bigisub's systems or disrupt service functionality
• 7Use any form of automated device or computer program for submissions or flagging
• 8Post unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or libelous content
• 9Post pornographic or sexually explicit content
• 10Violate any federal, state, or local equal opportunity or anti-discrimination laws
• 11Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• 12Post false, deceptive, misleading content or "bait and switch" schemes
• 13Infringe any intellectual property rights (patents, trademarks, copyrights)
• 14Post spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or unsolicited advertisements
• 15Introduce viruses, malware, or any destructive computer code

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, Bigisub does not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any service without prior notice.

Social Boost (Marketing Hub) services are provided through third-party service partners. By using these services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Third-Party Delivery: All social media engagement (followers, likes, views, comments, etc.) is delivered by independent third-party providers. Bigisub acts as a marketplace connecting you to these providers — we do not directly control or guarantee delivery speed, quality, or retention.
• Delivery Times Vary: Local services typically deliver within minutes to 2 hours. Global services may take anywhere from seconds to several days depending on the provider and order size. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
• No Guarantee of Retention: Social media platforms may remove followers, likes, or other engagement at their discretion. We do not guarantee that delivered engagement will remain permanently. Some services include refill guarantees — check the service description before ordering.
• Account Safety: While our providers use methods designed to protect your accounts, Bigisub is not responsible for any action taken by social media platforms against your account, including but not limited to temporary restrictions, shadowbans, or account suspension resulting from the use of growth services.
• Refunds for Social Boost: Refunds are only available for orders that are not delivered or are significantly under-delivered (less than 50% of ordered quantity). Partial deliveries above 50% are considered fulfilled. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of order placement.
• Accuracy of Links: You are responsible for providing correct and accessible links. Orders placed with incorrect, private, or deleted links cannot be refunded.
• Minimum Order Amount: All Social Boost orders must meet a minimum total of ₦50. Orders below this threshold will be rejected.

Bigisub provides a wallet funding service for licensed betting platforms. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use betting wallet funding services. By placing a funding order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
• Not a Betting Platform: Bigisub is NOT a betting company. We only facilitate wallet funding to third-party licensed betting platforms. We do not offer, operate, or manage any form of gambling or betting activity.
• No Liability for Losses: Bigisub is not responsible for any financial losses incurred from gambling or betting activities. Any funds deposited into your betting wallet are used at your own risk and discretion.
• Successful Funding is Final: Once funds have been successfully deposited into your betting wallet (confirmed by the betting platform), the transaction is considered complete and non-refundable. Failed transactions will be refunded to your Bigisub wallet.
• Account Accuracy: You are responsible for providing the correct betting account ID or customer number. Funds sent to an incorrect account cannot be recovered or refunded by Bigisub.

Afroxtend Trade Guild is a resource pooling program managed by RIF Africa through Bigisub. Participants contribute to a shared resource pool, and gains and losses from trade activities are distributed among participants. By participating, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Shared Risk: Afroxtend is a trade guild, not a savings account or financial product. Gains and losses from trade activities are shared among all participants. Your returns depend on the collective performance of the resource pool.
• No Guaranteed Returns: While projected returns are displayed based on current rates, these are estimates only. Actual returns may vary based on market conditions and trade performance. Bigisub and RIF Africa do not guarantee any specific rate of return.
• Lock-In Period: Funds contributed to the resource pool are locked for the selected cycle duration (e.g., 6 months, 12 months). Early withdrawal is not permitted during the lock-in period unless explicitly approved by management.
• Dynamic Rates: Return rates are dynamic and may be adjusted during your participation cycle. Rate changes are applied prospectively — earnings already locked (frozen) at previous rates will not be affected.
• KYC Requirement: Participation in Afroxtend requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, including BVN verification and document submission. Incomplete KYC applications will delay or prevent participation.
• Payout Schedule: Returns are distributed according to the cycle schedule. Reasonable efforts will be made to process payouts on time, but delays may occur due to operational or banking constraints.
• Not a Financial Product: Afroxtend Trade Guild is not a bank deposit, securities offering, or regulated financial instrument. It is a cooperative resource pool managed by RIF Africa. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
• Account Forfeiture: Accounts found to be fraudulent, duplicate, or in violation of these terms may be terminated, and associated funds may be forfeited.

From time to time, technical issues, system glitches, or service disruptions may occur. During such periods, we expect all users to act in good faith and with integrity. By using Bigisub, you agree to the following:

• No Exploitation of Glitches: You agree not to knowingly exploit any technical error, system bug, pricing glitch, or service malfunction to gain unauthorized benefits, duplicate transactions, or obtain services or funds you are not entitled to.
• Good Faith Reporting: If you notice a system error that results in an unexpected credit, duplicate delivery, or any unintended benefit, you are expected to report it promptly through our support channels rather than taking advantage of it.
• Accountability: Any deliberate manipulation of our systems — including but not limited to exploiting payment processing errors, wallet balance discrepancies, referral system abuse, or service delivery loopholes — that results in financial loss to the organization will be treated seriously.
• Cooperation with Authorities: In cases where deliberate fraud or system manipulation is identified, Bigisub reserves the right to share relevant account information and KYC data with appropriate law enforcement agencies. Users found to have intentionally caused financial harm through system exploitation may face legal consequences in accordance with applicable Nigerian laws.
• Account Actions: Accounts involved in any form of system manipulation will be immediately suspended. Any funds or benefits obtained through exploitation will be reversed, and remaining account balances may be frozen pending investigation.

Bigisub offers a loyalty token system and referral program as a voluntary goodwill benefit to active users. These programs provide passive rebates and earnings based on platform activity. By participating, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Not a Contractual Obligation: The loyalty rebate system, referral earnings, and token rewards are voluntary benefits provided at the sole discretion of Bigisub. They do not constitute a contractual obligation, employment agreement, or guaranteed income stream. Bigisub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of these programs at any time without prior notice.
• Rates Are Variable: Rebate percentages, referral commission rates, and token earning rates are tied to platform sales performance and may be adjusted at any time based on business conditions, market changes, or operational needs. Rate changes apply going forward and do not affect previously earned and settled amounts.
• Payout Timing: While we aim to process payouts promptly, disbursements may be delayed during periods of low platform activity, system maintenance, or operational adjustments. Bigisub is not liable for delays in processing loyalty or referral payouts.
• Right to Suspend or Terminate: Bigisub may suspend or permanently end any loyalty, token, or referral program at its discretion. Accumulated tokens or pending rebates at the time of program termination will be handled according to the terms communicated at that time.
• No Guaranteed Lifetime Earnings: The term "lifetime" in the context of referral earnings refers to the duration of the program, not an indefinite or permanent entitlement. Earnings continue only for as long as the referral program remains active and your account remains in good standing.
• Anti-Abuse Policy: Creating fake accounts, self-referrals, referral farming, or any form of manipulation to inflate earnings is strictly prohibited. Accounts found engaging in such activities will be terminated, and all associated earnings will be forfeited without compensation.
• No Legal Claims: You agree that participation in these programs does not entitle you to any legal claim, demand, or action against Bigisub regarding changes to rates, program suspension, payout delays, or program termination. These are complimentary benefits, not services rendered.
