Bigisub is a product of RIF African Business Enterprise, provided under the RIF Africa initiative. The Platform may in future be transferred to and operated by Rif Pay Limited or Rif Technotronics Limited, at which time these Terms will be updated accordingly.
These Terms of Service and Platform Usage Policy ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RIF Africa (RIF African Business Enterprise, RC 2709434), the operator of the Bigisub platform at www.bigisub.ng ("we", "us", "our", "Bigisub").
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Bigisub platform in its entirety, including the website, mobile applications, APIs, reseller dashboard, all digital utility services, Marketing Hub services, and all associated features and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering for an account, accessing the Platform, clicking to accept these Terms, or by using any part of the Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally and irrevocably accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional service-specific terms incorporated by reference.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use following any update constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
Any person aged 18 and above who is legally capable of forming a binding contract, not listed on any sanctions list, not barred from digital or financial services, and resident in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is not prohibited.
Persons aged 11 to 17 may use the Platform as Minor Beneficiary Users under a Guardian-Managed Account as described in Section 4.
Children under 11 may access the Platform only under direct and active supervision of an Adult Guardian.
Available to business users who register and meet reseller eligibility requirements.
Must be duly registered under applicable law. The individual completing registration must have authority to bind the entity.
You must maintain eligibility throughout your use of the Platform.
A Guardian-Managed Account is registered and owned by an Adult Guardian. The contract is between Bigisub and the Adult Guardian. Bigisub does not contract with the Minor Beneficiary User.
The Adult Guardian accepts full and sole legal responsibility for all activity on the account, warrants legal authority to act as guardian, accepts all verification obligations, agrees to supervise usage, and accepts liability for all transactions.
All wallet-debiting transactions are controlled by a Transaction PIN set exclusively by the Adult Guardian. Bigisub is not responsible for transactions completed by a Minor where the Guardian shared the PIN.
When a Minor reaches 18, they may request transition requiring verification in their own name.
Note: Guardian-Managed Accounts are designed to allow younger users safe access to the Platform. The Adult Guardian retains full control and legal responsibility at all times.
You must provide accurate, current, complete information. Only one Account per identity unless express written permission is given. Duplicate accounts may result in termination and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and all activities under your Account.
A separate security layer. Bigisub is not liable for transactions completed using your PIN unless resulting from our negligence.
Strongly recommended. We are not liable for losses from failure to enable 2FA.
Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised access.
Keep contact details accurate. We are not responsible for failures from inaccurate information.
Bigisub is a digital utility and marketing services platform operating on a commission-based model. Services include:
Bigisub operates as a commission-based reseller of VTU and utility payment services through licensed aggregators.
All confirmed and delivered transactions are final and non-refundable.
Failed transactions must be reported within 48 hours. Reports after 48 hours are not eligible for investigation.
Services are delivered instantly or within minutes. Delivery times may be affected by network conditions. No specific delivery time is guaranteed.
You are solely responsible for providing correct service details. Services delivered to incorrect recipients cannot be reversed.
The Marketing Hub is a third-party services marketplace for social media growth. Bigisub acts solely as a marketplace. Services do not constitute professional marketing advice.
Marketing Hub tools are designed to supplement a broader marketing strategy. Users must comply with all applicable social media platform terms of service.
All services are delivered by independent third-party providers. Bigisub has no control over fulfilment methods, speed, or quality.
Bigisub does not warrant, verify, or disclose the identity of Global Providers. They operate independently. Delivery may take seconds to several days.
Generally more reliable, but Bigisub does not guarantee delivery timelines or quality.
Once delivered, there is no guarantee on retention, engagement rate, activity level, algorithm processing, or monetisation status. Customers are responsible for their own post-delivery strategies.
Bigisub has no control over platform algorithm decisions, account restrictions, or engagement removal.
Support is available for 1-2 weeks following order placement. After that period, orders are considered closed.
Refunds are only available where the upstream provider issues a refund. Not available for delivered orders. Partial deliveries are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted within 7 days.
Bigisub is not responsible for any actions social media platforms take against your account. Use at your own risk.
All orders must meet the minimum total as displayed on the Platform.
You confirm understanding of these limitations and accept full responsibility for your use of Marketing Hub services.
Disclaimer:Bigisub does not endorse or encourage the artificial inflation of social media metrics in violation of any platform's terms of service. Users assume full responsibility for how they use Marketing Hub services and any consequences from the platforms they use.
Responsible Gambling: Gambling can be addictive. Please gamble responsibly and only stake amounts you can afford to lose. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, please seek professional help.
Important: Only contribute funds you can afford to have locked for the full cycle duration. Do not use emergency savings or funds needed for immediate expenses. Since gains and losses are shared, your returns may be higher or lower than projected.
Report failed transactions within 48 hours with full transaction details. Credits will be processed within 48 hours of confirmation.
Refund policy for Marketing Hub orders is as detailed in Section 8.9.
No refunds are available for completed transactions, services delivered to incorrect details, or failures caused by external parties.
Duplicate transactions resulting from our error will be credited back to your wallet.
Understanding:By using Bigisub's loyalty, token, or referral features, you confirm that you understand these are optional benefits provided as goodwill, not guaranteed services. You accept that rates, availability, and payout schedules are subject to change.
Your Pledge:By continuing to use Bigisub, you acknowledge that you will use the platform honestly and responsibly. You understand that all transactions are monitored, and that taking advantage of technical issues — rather than reporting them — is a violation of these terms and may carry legal consequences.
You must NOT use the Platform for:
Accessing any part of the Platform without express written authorisation is strictly and absolutely prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited: bypassing authentication mechanisms, exploiting security vulnerabilities, intercepting data transmissions, accessing other users' data without authorisation, and disrupting Platform operations.
Any person who exploits a security vulnerability accepts full, unconditional, joint and several personal liability for:
Outstanding liability forms a debt against the estate of the offender. This liability is enforceable against next of kin to the maximum extent permitted by law. This includes assets transferred within five years of the offence. Guarantors are liable to the extent of their guarantee.
Safe Harbour: Report vulnerabilities to [email protected]. Good faith disclosure without exploitation will not result in legal action. We encourage responsible security research.
All intellectual property rights in the Platform are owned by or licensed to RIF Africa. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms. Trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without prior written consent.
Many services on the Platform are facilitated through third-party partners and are subject to their respective terms and conditions. Bigisub is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites linked from the Platform.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
Bigisub does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. The Platform may be unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or external factors beyond our control.
Bigisub shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, power failures, internet disruptions, or acts of third parties.
An account is considered dormant after 12 months of no activity (no login, no transaction). Dormant accounts may be subject to restrictions and maintenance fees. Reactivation is available by contacting support.
In the event of the death of an account holder, the estate may contact [email protected] to initiate the account closure process. All outstanding liabilities remain enforceable against the estate as described in Section 18.4.
The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
No warranty is given on the performance, retention, or outcome of Marketing Hub services. Results may vary.
Bigisub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Total liability is capped at three months' payments made by you or NGN 50,000, whichever is greater.
These limitations reflect a fair allocation of risk between you and Bigisub and form an essential basis of the agreement between us.
Important: By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these disclaimers and limitations of liability. These provisions apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RIF Africa, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
You may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. Processing takes up to 5 business days. Any remaining wallet balance will be returned less amounts owed to Bigisub.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breaches of these Terms, legal requirements, suspected fraud, multiple account violations, or any activity that poses unacceptable risk to the Platform.
Upon termination, all access rights immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability, indemnification, and intellectual property) shall continue in full force.
Bigisub may amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through Platform notifications, social media, and community groups. You are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms. Continued use after amendments constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that achieves the closest possible economic effect.
No failure or delay by Bigisub in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right. A single or partial exercise of any right does not preclude further exercise of that or any other right.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional service-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and RIF Africa regarding your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
