CHANGE AND RESET OF LOST TRANSACTION PIN

Are you worry about your lost transaction pin? Stress no more, all you have to do is to click on the BIGISUB Logo on the menu page, click on the profile, then you will see “CHANGE PIN”  Or “RESET PIN “ TO CHANGE YOUR PIN, input the old pin and the new pin and it will be change. TO RESET YOUR PIN, all you have to provide is your “account password “ and enter the new pin you want to use. 

CHANGE OF PASSWORD

When you forget your account password, you don’t have to create another account, click on the BIGISUB logo or the forget password, provide the valid email address you provided during signing up in the box provided then click on sign in. The  instructions to restore your password will send to your email account.

HOW TO FUND YOUR WALLET 

There are 3 ways to fund your wallet:

Automated: This is paying into our virtual account display on the website, with #50 bank charges for payment below 5000 and #5 for payment above 5000. After making the payment your wallet will be automatically refunded.

Manual: This is paying into the account displayed on the website with a manual form beside it in which you will have to fill after making the payments.

Pay stack: This payment method is by using your ATM card info to make payment.
